Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge towers above the flamingo-infested Lake Manyara’s glowing alkaline waters. The Lodge boasts spectacular views across the floor of the Great Rift Valley.

Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge is designed to reflect the glare of Lake Manyara’s rare bird life and is inspired by the traditional Masai ’Bomas’ (encampments).

The atmosphere of the Lodge is a feature of lakeside serenity, lofty volcanic splendour and adventure-full sporting activity.

Recreation: Accommodation:
The circular,thatched rooms echo the traditional Maasai ’Boma’ style of construction featuring a vibrant interior design concept that reflects the Masai peoples abiding love of brilliant scarlet-and-indigo checked *Shukas* (cloaks) and bright yellow, white, blue and orange bead work.
In total the lodge has 54 rooms:

1 executive room 12 triple rooms 41 twin rooms

Each room has telephones and a private veranda and breathtaking views of the flamingo-frosted Lake.

● Rates are on full board basis in standard rooms and are inclusive of taxes,but net of holiday supplements
● Rates DO NOT include park entrance fees.

Reservations that are canceled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subject to cancellation and no show fees.

Park/Reserve gate opens at 0600am and closes at 0600pm


Check in time at hotels is 1100hrs.
Early check in will be charged at extra night.
Late arrivals should be advised in advance to avoid auto cancellation of the reservation.
In case check in is delayed than the expected arrival date, the delay will be treated as no show.
