Route : Istanbul – Cappadocia

Cappadocia means the Land of Beautiful Horses  which was created by the eruptions of the volcanoes around 30 million years ago. Within this 2 day tour, you will visit the highlights of the region and have a chance to stay in one of the exceptional cave houses for a unique experience. Upon your request, we can also arrange a – hot air balloon ride – for you to have a complete view of Cappadocia or a visit to a local winery to taste the delicious wines of the region. You will really enjoy all of this in a small group tour in tourist class accommodations, private transfers and at a reasonable cost. The tour is customizable so you can also request to upgrade your hotel or have a private guide with a driver.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival to Istanbul / Transfer to Hotel

Arrival to Istanbul. Meet and assist at the A/P. You will get the tour documents and briefing about your tour. Transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 2: Full Day / Byzantine & Ottoman Relics Tour

Your Tour Guide will meet you at your hotel lobby at 09:00 and you will have a full day city tour. (Topkapi Palace, St.Sophia, Lunch at a charming restaurant, Blue Mosque, Hippodromme, Grand Bazaar) After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel at around 18:00. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 3: Full Day / Bosphorus Cruise & Two Continents Tour

Your Tour Guide will meet you at your hotel lobby at 09:00 and you will have a full day city tour. (Spice-Egyptian Bazaar, Bosphorus Cruise by Boat, Lunch at a charming restaurant, Beylerbeyi or Dolmabahce Palace, Camlica Hill) After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel at around 18:00. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 4: Free Day / Optional Prince’s Islands Tour

Today is free for you to explore Istanbul by your own. Or, you can have the Optional Prince’s Islands Tour. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 5: Flight to Cappadocia / North Cappadocia Tour

Pick up early from your hotel and transfer to A/P to take a flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival your Tour Guide will meet you at A/P and you will have a full day city tour. (Devrent Valley, Monks Valley, Avanos, Lunch at a local Restaurant, Goreme Open Air Museum, Pigeon Valley, Uchisar Castle) After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel at around 18:00. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 6: Full Day / South Cappadocia Tour

Your Tour Guide will meet you at your hotel lobby at 09:00 and you will have a full day city tour. (Derinkuyu Underground City, Ihlara Valley, Selime, Yaprakhisar Monastry, Agzikarahan Caravanserai ) After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel at around 18:00. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 7: Flight to Istanbul

Pick up from your hotel and transfer to A/P to take a flight to Istanbul. Tour ends upon arrival. (If you would like, you can extend your trip by adding extra nights in Istanbul, please advise..)
