Our Terms of Service

A deposit of 75% of the total invoice is required to secure your reservations, once being confirmed to you.

The balance of payment is due in 2(two) weeks prior to your date of travel or accommodation check in date. If your booking is made and confirmed within 45 days of your travel date, full payment will be required immediately.

Payments can be made either by Visa, Master Card via bank Transfer and Mobile Money.

Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Sunrise tours and safaris ltd.

The following penalties will apply :-

Cancellation more than 14 days prior to your travel – Flight Booking
Cancellation between 14 and 28 days – Hotel booking
No refund is available for cancellations after commencement of tour, accommodation and flight arrangements. For flight Penalties for different airlines will apply.
General Booking Conditions

Passports and Visas
You are required to ensure that your passport and travel documentation is in order and that you have obtained the necessary visas for your journey. Should you require assistance on this matter we will be pleased to make assist.

International and Domestic air bookings
Reconfirmation of flight bookings is the responsibility of the traveler. As tour arrangements may be booked to connect with international and domestic air flights it is your responsibility to keep us updated as to your flight times and numbers.

Travel Insurance
It is a condition of booking one of our tours that the traveler is adequately insured for the full duration of the tour in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and curtailment. The choice of insurer is the sole discretion of the client.

Amendments to confirmed arrangements
Sunrise Tours and Safaris offers its clients customized packages of land and / or air services using various suppliers. The price of your travel arrangements is subject to the possibility of changes and surcharges beyond our control and may occur in connection with governmental action, currency exchange rate fluctuation and increases in suppliers’ prices.

While Sunrise Tours & Safaris will use its best endeavors to provide all tours as confirmed, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made without notice if deemed necessary or advisable by our experienced staff.
