Detailed Itinerary

Day 1
Depart Nairobi for Lake Naivasha Lodge to arrive by time for lunch.
check-in then proceed for a boat ride at the Lake.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2
Wake up to Morning boost that will involve health stretches, light dancing etc., then breakfast will be served, then you will Participate in an activity that demonstrates trust., Building and maintaining trust, Leadership and Communication, you will have a tea break then come back for a session of Physical insight into team work processes involving: Team development and maintenance and Team inhibitors and coordination, there will be fun outdoor activities involved. You will have a lunch break. The afternoon will have a session of Energizing and cementing interpersonal skills and oral communication, Team profiles Understanding and appreciating individual roles, abilities and potentials and Self-evaluation and team roles. After a coffee break the day will be concluded with a session on cooperate culture, team culture and a brainstorm. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Lodge

Day 3
After breakfast a guided Tour to the Crescent Islands, see the wildlife around. Walking Safari is recommended accompanied by an armed ranger guide. After the Game viewing back to the Lodge for a refreshment. Leave the lodge at  for Nairobi.
